Jenna Bousellam is a Software Engineer at Roblox on the Studio Platform team where she has focused on internationalization, modularization, and design system efforts. She also is a lead for the Women @ Employee Resource Group and passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
If you asked her a couple years ago if she was going to be a software engineer, she would have said absolutely not, but now she's enjoying her career and loves sharing her story with others who might relate. She graduated from NJIT in 2020 with a degree in Computing and Business along with a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
